  for California USBC youth league members who qualified at league level 
 (league qualifying windows Nov 7-20\, 2026 and Jan 16-29\, 2027\, ratio 
 1:3; paperwork and fees due Feb 18\, 2027 through your youth director). 
 U8 and U10 bowl three games on the same pair; handicap and scratch schol
 arships in each division. U8/U10 district champions earn a free entry ($
 50 value) into the California Youth State Championships. U12-U18 advance
